What Barry is saying is, that the people do not relise that the EU will collapse, and that the majority would vote to stay in.
What he's saying is that only the Conservative Party can lead the people out of the EU, so we must all vote for the Tories.
What Cameron says, is that the EU must expand and that we must allow him to dedicate all our resources to solving Europe's problems.

If Barry is right, that the Tories want out of the EU, then Cameron must be speaking a blatant untruth!
To me it is clear: Cast-iron Dave wants to solve all Europe's probems, he wants to become king of kings in Europe, introduce a gold dinar... set up a tent in Trafalgar Square to receive dignitaries from all over Europe...
