    Money came from Kent Waste Forum I believe Reginald.

    Whether they took it from surpluses to encourage more recycling or they received a Government agency grant I am unsure.

    Andy, Kent CC -who receive the cash from sale of waste products - are making better than budgeted for receipts from re-cyclates.
