Record breaking swimmer

  great news about the 70 year old swimmer
  on 3 counts
  1) oldest ever
  2) rasied a massive amount of money
  3) could not swim in straight line due to weather conditions and took a few extra hours to complete the swim
  but what is dover doing to recoginise this record ?
  lets hope the mayor at least invites him for a celebration dinner or similar
  and must ask do we have the freedom of dover ? here of people getting freedom of cities , if so this man should get this
  but then again he will probably not set foot in dover again

  There are a couple of reasons why our society didn't take off;
  
  
  
  1; you didn't want to join it !!!! (quite an important one lol )
  
  2; I called it a society and you call it a club, so we can't even agree with the name (lol)
