    For Follows, I can add 500 follows in about 2 hours, all prominent media and political. TV, so can anyone. Followers...his name is in the news, his first tweet was pretty much the same day he appeared in the news and anyone looking for news on this guy can find this twitter feed and follow it, no problem getting a couple of thousand followers within a day or so if your twitter feed is saying ludicrous things and the name on the feed is one that is behind a very controvertial story.

    Almost 100% this is a parody.
