    dont talk to me about right of way - as a pedestrian I am fed up with being honked at by cars turning into a side street (for reference I, the pedestrian has right of way) and as a responsible cyclist I am sick of car drivers cutting me up to turn left into side streets (if you cannot safely make the manoeuvre right of way rests with the road user in front of you).

    Also the complete inability in Dover for the majority of motor vehicle drivers to adhere to the speed limit is frankly now beyond a joke.

    And finally surely having your stereo so loud that I can hear it 200 yards away from inside my house must constitute "driving without due care and attention"
