Please come along if you can to the Dover Rugby club at 1900hrs where we will try to get a committee going but if one cannot be found then the White Cliff branch cannot open lots of members but need that committee up and running main officers are Chairman.Sec/Tres/ without them being filled we cannot open.

Come on Ray spill the beans it looks like a new lodge is opening and only those who are part of the in-crowd know what night to turn up.

Just going by Ian Lillford's post on Facebook and subsequent replies, not for me to pass on what few details I know on their behalf though as I was elswewhere. I hope it goes well, I regularly go to one in Devon with family.

I understand from a RBL friend who attended that the meeting was very well attended an an interim committee appointed pending a formal AGM in Oct/November. Good news for Dover.

An ideal person for the committee as she appears to be very interested in the Army past and present.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

We have a member who does the reporting on meetings etc but I can say the meetings are now held at the Whitfield S/Club.
