    i have misgivings about this, rick is right about it should be from an official source, this could end up with someone putting their neignbours name on it after a minor dispute.

    i suppose that after the expose in our local paper about criminals being released into our midst here in dover without us knowing who they are and what they have done will encourage this sort of website.
