  Saw one this morning in Pencester Gardens sniffing around the river bank, then when it saw me went into the water swam across and scuttled away by the Stagecoach office.

  I often see rats at the river path along the side of Morrisons.

  Also at the riverside behind Co-Op. Once I noticed two rats copulating on the bridge parapet next to Action Carpets when I was serving breakfast at Blakes. Fortunately it was all over very quickly and none of the guests noticed !
