Yes a fair point there Howard. Being free at point of access probably means many who dont essentially need to be there often are. Although having said that it must always be free at the point of access. I am sure the medical staff expect a fair turnout of those that are really ill and those who probably just need re-assurance and a kind ear.
It's the latter who probably dont show in the rain.
At least today Howard you didnt have to sit in a waiting room with sick people all too ready, willing, and able to give you every disease known to man. Remember that old slogan used by the NHS a long time ago
