  hi howard thanks for that
  quite a number in our area,
  many serving commuters whos bread and butter relies on the tickert office for information etc.
  you would think that lessons would have been learnt over the millions lost by poor manaement when ticket barriers were removed,
  now we will see even more stations totally unstaffed.
  hardly falls in line with attempts to ge people out of the car and into the trains.
