Ladies and Gents, the East Kent Railway are proud to tell you about our exciting event coming up this weekend, named Railway Jamboree!
The event will encourage Scouts, Cubs and members of the public to come along and take part in activities that will be both exciting and educational! Such activities include log and barrel pulling and map reading and orienteering through our beautiful 17 acre woodland.
The event is open for everyone, and other activities including the Cafe, BBQ, miniature and model railways, museums, and local market stalls which will complete a fantastic weekend. Of course, we are also running our heritage trains between Shepherdswell and Eythorne where we hope there will be other exciting activities occurring.
This really isn't one to miss!! The perfect family day out.
Our military artifact and ranger station museum will also be open for viewing!
Family BBQ all weekend!
Plus beautiful woodland walks through the Bluebells.
