I am sure this bridge has been hit before, once by a bus if my memory serves me correctly.

yes I can confirm that's been hit before,by a double decker bus last year.seems to be a magnet for all things large.

They could do with a banner like this, also on the Coobe Valley bridge as that also gets hit.

That must have been the lorry I saw parked up opposite Russell Gardens a few minutes later when I was on my way to Lidl. The driver was checking it over. I did wonder what it was doing there. I saw it further along the valley heading west when I was on my way back. The problem is that the height restriction sign at the far end of the valley has been stolen and not replaced.
