20:5491887A Polish teenager was stabbed to death outside a Tube station by a man who blamed his country for the Second World War, a court has heard.
Marcin Bilaszewski, 19, was knifed in the back by Dutch national Alphonse Kruizinga during a night out to celebrate his girlfriend's 18th birthday on May 8 last year, a jury was told.
Kruizinga, 34, of no fixed address, denies murder and two knife charges.

22:3191895Sadly care in the community does not always work.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

08:5191914If he was caught red-handed, how can he deny it ?
Is all murder a mental health issue ? If it is, should they all go into a mental hospital and not prison ?

11:1691937BarryW: surely not. What about his Human Rights? Surely he has a right to rid the world of people he perceives as being enemies of his country?
P.S. Sorry there is not a little smiley face for "tongue in cheek"!!

19:3091998I agree Barry, I was being, I think sarcastic, is the best word.
Bern seemed to suggest that the reason he killed was because he had mental health issues (sorry Bern if my interpretation is wrong).

21:0692101He may or may not have had mental health issues - I would suggest that a "normal" state of mind might not kill someone for being Polish because they started the War.....
BarryW, I do not make excuses for bad behaviour, but to say that mental illness is BS simply does not make sense! There is the world of difference between the Bad and the Mad, and the Mad are often able to rehab with the right support, unlike the Bad.
