  Years ago this programme played host to serious debate about the issues of the day but over the course of the last 15 years has turned into cheap entertainment where people with a desire to be in the limelight are invited to be panellists.

  Brand is part of a backlash that is rising in politics; the young voters of tomorrow are hearing him.
  
  With out a more balance fairer just society, the rise of the extremes left and right will become the reality.
  
  A lesson from history.
