  It (QT) has indeed staggered along for many years, but the tipping-point for me was the disgraceful show when (rather swarthy) 'white supremacist' was a guest.
  Yes, the audience is chosen with an eye to balance. It being the BBC it is likely it was ever thus.
  As far as the Day days go, politics was different then too. I am willing to accept that QT is a reflection of how things have changed.
  
  Any suggestions as to who would make a more worthwhile host?
