LOL - is that all...... They are very bad indeed and have had to wait even longer fairly recently while I had a client here waiting while I was trying to sort something for them...appalling but they usually are helpful when eventually you do get through.

I agree they do take a long time to answer, probably not enough staff and of course most inquiries take more than just a couple of minutes to sort out.
I agree with Barry that generally, they do clear up the query or answer the question(s) quite well.

EDF took 25 minutes to answer me last week. No wonder they are top of the list of utility companies complaints.

Just goes to show that whether we're talking about the public sector or the private sector, standards of service have fallen drastically. Every organisation talks a good talk, but when it comes to actual delivery, I find most organisations sadly lacking nowadays.
