    Has anyone made a curd cheesecake? My grandma used to make them regularly, Lincolnshire Curd Cheesecakes, with raisins, cooked in a pastry base, absolutely delicious. I have also made cheesecake with cottage cheese, it works quite well but nowhere near as good as the Curd Cheese. The best cheesecakes by far are the cooked ones.
    Anyone know where I can buy rennett? to make the curd cheese.
