saw someone earlier riding one down the folkestone road wearing t shirt shorts and no helmet.
they look difficult turn over but their wouldn't be much left of him if he did.
are they bound by the same law as motor bicyclists, moped and scooter riders?

howard,they are quite easy to tip over,as for helmets its a bit of a grey area.

Don't think you need a helmet on a trike/reliant robin, so probably not on a quad either

Once saw a robin reliant overturn, scary, i think there was just a big pile of dust left, the chasis and very injured people
