  And, Keith - what is the alternative, destroy more jobs through bankrupting the economy by increasing the deficit until investors higher interest rates and eventually will no longer buy UK bonds? Imagine how much bigger the cuts would need to be - you cannot go on binge borrowing more and more forever an end must come and it always has a terrible hangover.
