  The Heaviest pumpkin competition is again being run at Tilmanstone - plants will be available at Tilmanstone Village Market in the Village Hall, between 9.15am and 10.30am on Saturday 25 May.

  I've already grown six sturdy plants from the seeds of last year's pumpkin but they are now planted out in my son's allotment in Leamington Spa. I really haven't space here in Eythorne for another go, last year it took over the garden and HiD was unimpressed.
