    Frankly I am sure he did just slag it off

    I thought it was fantastic this afternoon, following some truly offensive comments about the NHS by Sarah Palin, so many UK people posted supportive tweets on twitter in response that their servers crashed. Shows that despite everything else the Brits actually like the NHS and will not tolerate foreigners slagging it off.
