    There is no part of your post that I disagree with, but it needs to be done as D Hannant stated, properly costed, and with proper and open consultation.

    One thing Cllr Young mentioned which i hadnt thought of was the state of the toilets, not just the poor quality, but also the fabric of the building, which may add big costs to any decision the town council may make.

    Iv been openly surprized at the way the town council has been open and professional in the way it has handled itself in these talks, and i do look forward the outcomes.

    Im all for the Town council being given a lot more work from the District, but it has to be paid for, and the talks should not be with a gun at the town councils head.
