    You still dont get it John And theres me thinking you were clever .Dover people will only pay once to the DTC.I assume you have seen the latest budget figures from DDC .Think again and see what choices have to be made .Someone commented to me today re toilet closures and I remarked well people like you and me are having free travel on the buses .Not another word was said .They government come up with these ideas ,free swimming for the over sixties and free swimming to some children .Someone has to pay

    Lots of people receiving council tax rebates ,rent rebates .Free advice being given out to people the list goes on and on ..
