    All I want is the truth about how the decision to close the toilets was reached when the head of the district council was negotiating with the head of the town council over the transfer of responsibilities for these facilities.

    It currently seems that one or other, or even worse both, of Paul & Nigel are being economical with the truth or being deliberately duplicitous.
