Sorry I couldn't stop to chat last night as I came thru John but your toilets were in a bad state , as was the high speed trains ( apart from the toilet issue there it was a super journey and as I left past 10am I didnt think it was too expensive - but then I wasn't paying) so I had to get home quickly with my problem as I couldn't rely on the town to help!
Anyway you were busy with a customer. I missed Charlie - bot then we were going in opposite directions!!!
Your wording suggests that I dont think there is a problem with sorting the toilets out - well if not a problem there certainly is a Challenge!
We will deal with it properly however.
