    Oh so you were at the meeting Howard .I heard it was a short meeting .There is not much to do for over two hours break between meetings .

    Of course Brian there was a reason why the toilets were closed .DDC can no longer afford to mai ntain them .Bern has got it right the important issuie here was how it was done .Negotions were going on with the DTC and the said person jumped the gun .
    There are two issuies at stake
