  Well we can all see that Mr Watkins is not going to answer to my post.s. And to say that we can all walk in a all day pub just to use their facilities and not even get a drink is not on the landlords would not like it nor most of the public, I know they do it overseas in some parts. But I would feel out of place going in and just going to the looe and walking out again so that is a no to,just open up the looes again and make yourself look like the good guy.
