  slight difference in thinking here, i would like to see the continental system come in, where clean towels are available and someone keeping an eye on things.
  the stembrook bog for example is totally useless, full of social misfits, injecting, drinking or sleeping it off in there.
  
  incidentally i do know where the buckland bridge one is, i just prefer to use the river instead.
  
  finally paul, this debate could have been a lot less agressive and emotional if the question had been put on here by you or another cabinet member prior to closure.
  
  we are all adults and realise that cuts have to be made sometimes, but when they are done so suddenly it makes people feel that they have no viewpoint to be heard.
