the ones in sandgate have been completely renovated ahead of time leaving them with unisex cubicles with individual washing and drying facilties at a cost of £.92.000.
new ones are being built in dymchurch.
councillor robert bliss made the announcement addding that despite budget cuts these facilties would take precedence.
