  Marek - I didn't read you as anti-profit!! I totally support the appropriate distribution of benefits and wealth, and as you indicate, the only way to distribute and share is by having something to share in the first place!! One of the jobs of a leader is to ensure that all the people in the group understand that and buy into it - one of my beefs with the public sector is that this message is not broadcast well enough by the leaders which leads to idleness being rewarded or tolerated. Robust management and strong leadership are the best tools in the business armoury!
