  One mans greed is another man's perk, bad customs and practices breed more of the same. Un- checked it becomes the norm.
  
  I think this is what has happened for far too long now but it will only change if business's, bosses, workers, alike, take stock of what they are doing and make things right themselves, sadly I can't see that happening, nor can I see the powers to be, putting it right either.
