    Yes Howard; Comfort?

    As this is Sunday I have thought better of making my point with this old joke...
    "[people] wanted only three things — satisfying sex, loose shoes and a warm bathroom"

    But no...

    Let's stick with 'comfort'. What is unemployment for, if not to drive down wages? It may well be comforting to suppose that throwing up a wall around the coast will sort this out, but a moments thought would shatter all such cushioned certainty.
    Before immigration was the watch-word real jobs were being exported by the same people looked-to now for solutions.

    Where is the novelty in screaming, "British jobs for British workers."?

    And the cruel irony of Food Banks comes in cans, how far have these travelled to get here?

    What happened to 'Buy British!'?
