One hopes that the organisers of the various petitions which have been circulated in the district on such as parking charges, library help desks, and now 'brexit' are not being used to collect data on persons who might be susceptible to possible future support of any political party which would, of course, be illegal under the recently enacted General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Just saying. I'd hate anyone local to get prosecuted because they don't understand the legislation.
