    First I have heard of this.



    We are all looking forward to the new St. James's development and Lidl opening in Whitfield. However, what has happened to the High Street Project? What will happen to all the empty shops? What improvements are being made to the town itself?

    There is a public meeting on Tuesday 12th September 2017, at 6pm, at the Dover Council Offices at Whitfield.
