I understand that parliamentary constituency boundaries are to change for the next election. It would appear that Elham amongst several other localities is to be moved from Folkestone to Dover constituency. Now, generally speaking ,the relevant local authority boundaries appear to tie up.Will Elham simaultaneously be moved to Dover District from Shepway? Can anybody help on this one? As I reside in the aforementioned village -I would like to know if I can one day be a true forumite!

Oh Howard! -I knew I could rely on you to make me feel good. Speaking of the Hunt-one year at the school fete the local hound keeper was presenting some young pup hounds. He was extolling their virtues on a radio mike to the crowd, saying what loving affectionate creatures they were-then some wag shouted out..."TELL THAT TO THE FOX MATE!!"
