Greg who? Greg Barker? Oh! you mean this Greg Barker:

That's the Man. An exemplary member of Parliament working his socks off to save the planet. Indeed a hard working MP who deserves recognition for services to himself.

The funny thing about the department of pensioners dying from hypothermia and climate change is that it's rife with, erm, you know funny things that would raise an eyebrow or two from plod if the same sort of activities went on in the real world of the private sector.
So we have Tim Yeo, John Selwyn Gummer, Greg Barker and others who have interests in the "environmental" field whilst they hold high office. Now I'm not suggesting that what they do is in any way corrupt but if you examine these people's financial interests and what they stand to gain financially from passing legislation concerning the saving of our planet, gravity, egg whites and other pressing dangers you must conclude that there is indeed something very fishy going on.
I wish Laura Sandys the best in her premonition, sorry promotion (She is able to predict the weather in the next 100 years) but really I suspect in twenty years time she'll be telling her Grandchildren that it was a move sideways and not a promotion after they question the stupidity of the creation of a government department which concerned itself with "climate change".
