  they are very high up there and not far from pencester gardens.
  
  
  a few years back i was walking along the heights close to townwall street and music from the multicultural festival was very clear, and hour or so later i was in market square where the music was and it was not that loud.
  
  besides, even if it had been a bit loud, it all finished by tea time.
