    Richard.
Our future plans are to re-connect as much of our mining railway system and colliery sites as we can.
Of course we have to take this one step at a time and must not jeopardise this initial project to return Steam to EKR.

For the future, we are looking at different options to extend the railway and Eastry is one such destination. The old site at Hammil Bricks( Woodnesbourough Colliery) is one that we have looked into.

I had a thought, that having a platform at Winghan Wildlife Park would be a good idea.
Not only could we provide the link to them via rail, from there we could link up with Margate and Canterbury via a connection with a Vintage Bus Group.

However, forgive the pun; all these ideas are further down the line.

Today, we need to concentrate on this project and secure the future of EKR, to help our communities and to share it with our communities.
