Some seven week ago my fridge /freezer packed up,I have an agreement with master care which cost me over one hundred pounds a year, when I phoned them it took two & half weeks to send someone to look at it,when he came he said that he knew nothing about fridge freezers, but he phoned his tech guys who said it needed a new compressor, that took two weeks to get here, when the next chap came he said that it did not need a new compressor, but it needed a re-gassing,which too him two hours, then two days later it packed up again,so I had to wait another week for him to come, when he did arrive he never brought in his tool box,so he phoned the tech guys again,& it was decided that they could not repair it & i would have to have a new one.which should be here on ,Monday. But they could not tell me if it would be a.m or p,m,that means I will have to be in all day. I will have to get get of my old one,so a trip to the council offices today to pay £31 before they will even come to collect, but I am not able to get it to the front of my house,so let's hope they will take from the back garden.
So my advise is not to take out any agreements with master carer, they are a wait of money I could pay for a new one in two years,& get it here the next day free of charge..

Went to pay for the removal of my Fridge/Freezer this morning at the Gateway Offices come to pay,& was told that they did not accept cash, only cards. But they could give a slip of paper with a bar code then I would have to take it to the post office, pay for it,then take the paper back to the offices. What a performance, what ever happened to the term "Cash Is King.
