Problem families

I make that 935,000 per year per family. I doubt that the total benefit spend would make much of a dent in that sum so maybe they are a small industrial sector all to themselves. Employing one chief executive or an army of skivvies to clean-up after them.

all the other streets had been destroyed by the luftwaffe so the street remaining stood surrounded by bomb sites.
they could make as much noise they liked and fight amongst themselves without it affecting the majority.
then some bright spark decided to integrate them onto new estates as they were built, one family to each street.
you can guess the result. - 11 December 2011 16:50141940Isolating them is not a bad plan, at least that way they do not impact on others. And integration can come later. Problem families don't just suddenly happen - responding with long term strategies is the only answer, not a quick fix bang-em-up approach dear to the heart of so many. Integration has to be the end aim, but how to get there is the challenge.
