  i think most people see it as a rip off, meters everywhere so usage lessens.
  
  once profits fall then the rate per litre will rise dramatically and there is no competition so they can do what they like.

  not only water companys need bring back to goverment control,the not fit for purpose rail companys need to come back to goverment control.
