Policy development is to be outsourced to private companies in radical reforms to take over the Civil Service.
Due to the string of ill-conceived policy fiasco`s over the last two years the Government are turning on the Civil Service to
blame.
The scheme will start in autumn with departments commissioning ``consultants``to draw up policies !!!!!!!
The policies will include cutting billions from welfare payments and wider public sector reforms !!!!!!
........Today it is revealed Cameron is considering £ 25 billion cuts to welfare to boost his ratings.........
There are many dangers in such a move......but the most dangerous being that `any`
Government now and in the future would be able to push through ill-conceived policies.....easier than now.!!!!!!

I wonder who will be the first minister to be found to have 'forgotten' to declare his financial interest in such a consultancy firm advising his department.
