  an example of agencies not working together, the road is clear in the pics but when
  a bus stops to pick up passengers then the rest of the traffic has to wait for it to go.

  Oh dear! Not ideal at all. The answer of course would be to temporary suspend the bus stop but as you say Howard, no co-ordination. Also.. I see the sign there says please use the other footpath but it doesnt look too easy to get to the other footpath in the shot there because of the traffic, not without risking life and limb.

  right on both counts paul there is no pedestrian crossing and also the bus companies did not know, otherwise they would have put all 3 stops out of action and redirected people to pencester road.
