    It is a scandal that any PM can get a pension such that the rest of the country are denied by the laws laid down by his parliament. Even the reduced scheme, a 1/40 accrual is not something anyone outside parlaiment gets and would be unaffordable for private enterprise. The nearest to that I have seen is an old M&S pension that was 1/45 accrual, now long dispensed with on grounds of cost.

    The Lifetime Allowance should also be fully applied to all Minsters.

    In addition all public sector workers must have their pensions brought into line with what is available in the private sector.
