This is one programme I make sure I watch without fail, it is very humbling, and the heroic encounters amaze me with their show of inner strength, courage and they have no idea how much their actions at the time will impact on peoples lives. Truly amazing,
Always have to have tissues at the ready and go through quite a lot as I did last night.
