  Been down this road many times over the years peter i smell more than coffee
  and whilst sometimes a settlement between the two parties can be found
  
  other times they dont reach agreement thus one party loses
  this looks to be the case in rogers case
  
  i only raised it because as i said earlier it has been on these threads so many times
  at every opportunity and its only right the balance by the chamber should be put and hopefully they will.
