    The scottish so called government can afford free prescriptions purely because the poor old english tax payer have not got the bottle to create a stir about this farcical situation. Every thing the scots get for free comes out of an english tax payers pocket.
    Lets face it if they had to finance all these goodies themselves it would stop instantly.
    Just as a point of interest what do we south of the border receive for free that the scots (and welsh)do not?? well let me tell you absolutely nothing.
    I often view our Mp,s with suspicion but when you see the legislative rights handed to those in Wales and Scotland then it borders on criminal irresponsibility.
