    There is an article in today's Dover Express (p25 by Eleanor Jones) about what I presume is the same company who have been calling me causing distress to elderly residents.

    I've had a sort of result in that the company providing the monitoring service have asked Landmark Securities (the MD of no less!), the company doing the cold calling, to take me off their database. I've replied asking them to make sure all TPS registered customers are taken off their database.

    I went to Kent Trading Standards website to find a contact to forward my correspondence to but their consumer team have now closed down, you get forwarded to Citizen Advice Bureau.
