  The amazing thing is that I get regular recorded messages at my IFA business by some aggressive ambulance chasing PPI claims company.
  
  Now lets be clear... the actual misselling was done by salesmen employed by the banks (and others including insurance companies and general insurance brokers). The directors currently in place may not have had anything to do with the Board when this misselling was taking place, so it is not correct to say those responsible are getting bonuses. the institutions responsible for this have been told to clean up their act and I would hope that those in 'control functions' regarding the misselling have been either sacked or at least disciplined.
  
  There is a real scandal though - that is these claims companies that take up to 20% of any compensation. Lets be clear, you do not need to use these vultures to put a claim through and it need not cost you this money. The process is a simple one and you can do it yourself. I feel so strongly about these vultures I will offer FREE help and guidance to anyone who feels they may have been missold PPI (or any financial product).
