Pot Holes & Gullies

Kent Highway Service have extra teams out and about fixing them so if you come across any in your travels please report them
Blocked gullies are also a problem so they too need reporting - I reported over 100 in the Autumn noticed when walking round town area - I know at least one of you caught me starring down a gully in the Market Square.

you mention undue delays, is there some sort of timescale people can work on so that they know when a blocked gully should be cleared? - 31 December 2010 13:1386954Agree Howard - there was a nasty one in Queen Street outside the Flotilla and they fixed that very quickly - I usually give them a couple of weeks or so.
When you make a report you get a reference number that, if push comes to shove, I can check through 'My Kent Highways' that I have access to but it is not a quick website to use remotely - 31 December 2010 17:5587003There must be many thousands of pot-holes for them to fix, especially if every one is reporting them. I'll have to walk and take a notebook.
Nigel, do you know if the service road by the Dover Eurochange/Light of India and County Hotel is a private road or public highway ?

. The one from Crafford Street to Ladywell was awful last time I walked along there, an almost continuous series of holes and gullies.-----------------------------------------------------------------------
I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.
